Dan Moorse
Mr. Moorse is a Managing Director at Thayer | Hidden Creek, having joined the Firm with the integration of Hidden Creek Partners in 2005. Mr. Moorse currently serves on the Board of Directors of Total Quality, Inc. and works extensively with Suntron Corporation and Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc.
Mr. Moorse joined Hidden Creek in 1998. During his time at Hidden Creek he was instrumental in the growth and successful public offering of Commercial Vehicle Group. Mr. Moorse provided financial services, management support, acquisition and divestiture assistance and business development services to many of the Hidden Creek companies. He has participated in over 20 acquisitions and financing transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $2.5 billion. Prior to joining Hidden Creek, Dan was the CFO of Famous Daves, a publicly held restaurant franchisor and operator.
Mr. Moorse received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Johns University, graduating magna cum laude.
